| 2. Wireless Solution - Bridging |
Many Australian firms are realising the benefits of building-to-building linking via wireless bridges. When two office locations are connected by line of sight, it is a smart and cost effective solution to link them using wireless hardware and long range antennas.
Simply Wireless are the experts at wireless bridging, we can construct bridges (1Mb to 100 Mb), for voice and data. Simply Wireless bridges operate in the unlicensed 2.4Ghz and 5.8Ghz free to air space. This means there is no licensing requirements, as there are with other technologies such as Microwave links. Distances of up to 23 Kilometres can be bridged!
Wireless bridges offer substantial cost savings over traditional means of connection such as ISDN line rental, or internet connections. Return on Investment for Bridging can be as short as 6 months.

Nokia Release Bluetooth In-Car Hands Free
Save $200*! (*No Police fines with a Nokia Bluetooth Car-Kit).
True wireless handsfree means no more holding the phone to your
ear whilst driving, and no more fumbling with traditional hands
free kits. Compatible with Nokia's Bluetooth range of phones,
the Car Kit works the same way as a normal Car Hands Free, just
without the Cables!
The car kit can be attached to any standard car radio and provides
audio through car speakers. With the discreet microphone mounted
in the car, users have access to voice activated dialing, as well
full hands free functionality.
The beauty of the hands free kit is that as soon as the car ignition
is turned on (and you are within 10 metre range of the vehicle),
the car kit is automatically activated. Whilst you keep your phone
neatly tucked away in your pocket, or briefcase, all calls are
diverted to your in-car speakers and microphone. |
